Which plan do I need?
Choose by your oldest child's level. Core Mathematics covers Kindy to Year 10, including NAPLAN-style exams. Complete Mathematics adds the Year 11 and 12 senior courses and senior exam preparation. One subscription covers every child on the account, so younger brothers and sisters are included.
Who is allowed to create an account?
Only adults. Creating an account means agreeing to Terms that require you to be 18 or over, and we record that agreement against your account. Children never hold an account of their own - they are profiles under an adult's, with no email, no photo and no way to upload anything. Your account opens as soon as you confirm your email address.
How is my child's information handled?

Can I switch plans or billing periods?
Yes - upgrades, downgrades and period switches happen in the billing portal and take effect immediately, with payments pro-rated automatically.
Do you offer refunds?
If something's gone wrong with the service, you're covered by the Australian Consumer Law and our refund policy. Change of mind? You keep access to the end of the paid period instead.
Is this mapped to my state's curriculum?
Yes. Choose your state and every course is mapped to its curriculum - Foundation to Year 10, plus the senior credential for your state: the HSC (Standard, Advanced, Extension 1 & 2) in NSW, and the VCE, QCE, WACE, SACE, TCE, NTCET or ACT Senior Secondary Certificate elsewhere.
